Job Description:

As a Senior Architect at Sinopack, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution phases of various projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process from inception to completion, ensuring that designs meet client specifications, technical requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Lead the development of design concepts into detailed architectural designs. Review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to projects.

Coordination: Liaise closely with the design team to resolve coordination issues and ensure seamless integration of architectural plans with other disciplines.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in architectural detailing, ensuring compliance with design standards and local building codes.

Project Management: Take ownership of project deliverables, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Conduct regular reviews of drawing packages prior to issue to ensure accuracy and quality.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate design team meetings with sub-consultants and stakeholders to maintain project goals and resolve any design-related conflicts.

Client Interaction: Interface with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and address feedback and revisions effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects in Hospitality, Residential, and Mixed-Use sectors.

Proficiency in REVIT and other design software.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and technical details effectively.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from AED 24,000 to 35,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
