About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect with extensive experience in villas and high-rise building projects to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Architect, you will lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Your primary duties will include creating architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and overseeing the implementation of designs. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will mentor junior architects, review design deliverables, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field. A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in villas and high-rise building projects, is required. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Professional certifications such as RIBA or equivalent will be an advantage.
