Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications.

Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Monitor project progress, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge designs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within the construction industry.

Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
