Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train junior team members

Provide advanced technical support

Manage application incident tickets

Maintain system reliability

Collaborate on process improvements

Ensure security and regulatory compliance

Track industry technology trends

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science

6-8 years experience in financial institutions

Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP)

Proficiency in scripting languages

Agile and CI/CD methodology knowledge

API development experience (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)

Cloud platform skills (preferably Azure)

Core Java programming

XML, HTML, JavaScript knowledge preferred
