Position: Senior Analyst - Strategy

Role

The Senior Analyst - Strategy at WFC Holding will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring corporate/divisional scorecards and KPIs to ensure that the company's initiatives and programs align with strategic objectives and goals. They will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on KPIs, measures, and divisional performance. Additionally, they will conduct financial analysis of new and existing investment opportunities, support due diligence exercises, conduct research and analysis, and project-manage strategic initiatives. Providing support to the strategy team will also be part of their responsibilities.

Requirements

Knowledge of strategy development and business analysis techniques and methods such as Porter’s five forces, SWOT analysis

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; MBA or Master’s degree in any related field is desired

Proficiency in Financial and Strategic Planning

Understanding of Process Improvement methodologies

Business acumen, market trends awareness, and competitor analysis skills

4-7 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and analysis
