Role Overview – Atomic Properties LLC is hiring a Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced accounting professionals with strong financial expertise, real estate and properties industry knowledge, and the ability to manage accounting operations effectively, oversee financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, provide financial analysis, and contribute to organizational financial success within a dynamic real estate properties organization.

Financial Statement Preparation and Reporting – You will oversee preparation of comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with IFRS standards and UAE regulatory requirements. You will ensure statements are accurate, complete, and prepared within required timeframes for management review, stakeholder reporting, and regulatory submission with appropriate disclosures supporting informed decision-making.

General Ledger Management and Control – You will manage and maintain the general ledger by recording all financial transactions, ensuring accurate account classification, and overseeing monthly reconciliation processes. You will verify transaction postings, investigate discrepancies, supervise accounting staff, and ensure the general ledger balances with supporting documentation and audit requirements.

Property and Tenant Receivables Management – You will manage accounts receivable by processing rental invoices, recording tenant payments, and maintaining tenant account records. You will follow up on outstanding rents, prepare aging reports, and implement collection strategies for property rentals. You will maintain accurate receivable records for property operations.
