Role Overview – Elite Group Holding Ltd is hiring a Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced accounting professionals with strong financial expertise, holding company knowledge, and the ability to manage complex accounting operations effectively, oversee subsidiary accounting, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain financial accuracy, provide financial analysis, and support organizational financial success within a dynamic multinational holding company environment.

Financial Statement Preparation and Reporting – You will oversee preparation of comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with IFRS standards and UAE regulatory requirements. You will ensure statements are accurate, complete, and prepared within required timeframes for management review, stakeholder reporting, and regulatory submission with appropriate disclosures.

General Ledger Management and Control – You will manage and maintain the general ledger by recording all financial transactions, ensuring accurate account classification, and overseeing monthly reconciliation processes. You will verify transaction postings, investigate discrepancies, supervise accounting staff, and ensure the general ledger balances with supporting documentation.

Holding Company Accounting – You will manage holding company accounting by tracking investments in subsidiaries, recording inter-company transactions, and consolidating financial results. You will understand holding structure and support accounting for multiple entities. You should coordinate with subsidiary accounting teams.

Subsidiary Accounting Oversight – You will oversee accounting operations across subsidiaries by coordinating accounting practices, ensuring consistency, and consolidating information. You will supervise subsidiary accounting, establish accounting standards, and support subsidiary financial reporting. You should ensure standardized practices across group.

Accounts Receivable Management – You will manage accounts receivable by processing customer invoices, recording payments, and maintaining customer account records. You will follow up on outstanding invoices, prepare aging reports, and implement collection strategies. You will maintain accurate receivable records.
