Role Overview

As a Finance & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of the organization, driving accurate reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s growth within the interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Insights

Prepare, review, and present financial statements, monthly closings, and management reports.

Deliver actionable insights on financial performance to support strategic decision-making.

Budgeting & Planning

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Track variances, implement cost-control measures, and ensure adherence to approved financial targets.

Accounts & Treasury Management

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.

Ensure accuracy, timely reconciliations, and maintain effective internal controls.

Regulatory Compliance & Taxation

Ensure adherence to UAE VAT requirements and other financial regulations.

Handle VAT filings, liaise with auditors, and stay updated on regulatory changes impacting the business.

Project & Cost Control

Manage cost monitoring, project-based accounting, and profitability tracking for fit-out projects.

Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to control expenses and prevent overruns.

Audit & Reconciliation

Supervise bank reconciliations, supplier invoices, and expense reports.

Support both internal and external audits to maintain accuracy and transparency.
