Role Overview: As a Senior Accountant at One RX, you will be responsible for managing all core accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the company’s Interior Fit-Out projects with precise cost control and project accounting.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring all reports are accurate and delivered on time. You will also analyze financial data to provide insights on cost-saving opportunities, profitability, and project performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Accounts Management: You will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately. You will reconcile invoices, bank statements, and expense reports, maintaining transparency and compliance in all accounting activities.

Compliance & Taxation: You will ensure adherence to UAE VAT regulations and other applicable tax laws, preparing accurate tax returns and supporting documents. Your role will also involve coordinating with auditors during both internal and external audits to maintain compliance with legal and corporate standards.

Project Cost Control: Collaborating with procurement and operations teams, you will track and manage project-related expenses, ensuring budgets are adhered to and resources are optimized. This includes implementing financial controls to monitor cash flow and recommending efficiency improvements.

System Proficiency: Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in SAP, enabling streamlined accounting processes and better data management. Your ability to work within ERP systems will be essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
