Job Overview: Al Barakah is urgently looking for a dedicated and well-rounded Senior Accountant with HR Payroll Experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Accounting Responsibilities: The selected candidate will manage general accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, monitoring expenditures, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely month-end closures. You will be responsible for managing ledgers, tracking receivables and payables, and maintaining overall financial accuracy.

Payroll & HR Integration: A significant aspect of this role involves managing payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary processing, and handling employee benefits in compliance with UAE labor laws. Experience in calculating end-of-service benefits, leave accruals, and employee deductions is essential to perform effectively in this dual-function role.

Regulatory Compliance: You’ll ensure the company’s adherence to financial and labor-related regulatory requirements. This includes generating reports for internal and external audits and submitting relevant payroll filings and declarations to governmental bodies.

ERP & Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting and payroll software is crucial. Candidates should be comfortable with ERP systems and demonstrate the ability to leverage automation tools to streamline financial and payroll processes.

Team Collaboration: This position requires regular coordination with both the finance and HR teams. You will serve as a key link between payroll administration and financial reporting, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected and recorded.
