About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong auditing background to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial analysis, with demonstrated experience in team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting operations and financial reporting processes

Perform complex financial analyses and ratio calculations

Develop and monitor budgets and cost control measures

Create revenue projections and expenditure forecasts

Manage balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance

Supervise and mentor junior accounting team members

Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local regulations

Implement effective cost control measures

Support internal and external audit processes

Required Qualifications

Education

CA/ACCA/CMA (completed or pursuing)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

Previous experience in an auditing firm strongly preferred

Proven team leadership experience

Technical Skills

Expert knowledge of accounting ratios and financial analysis

Strong understanding of IFRS standards

Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting

Advanced Excel and accounting software skills

Experience with ERP systems
