Job Summary:

Linum Consult’s client, a major organization in the Middle East, is seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking Senior Account Director with a background in Communication & PR to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead strategic public relations and communication services for both government and private entities, shaping the company's public image and managing media relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of strategic public relations and communication services for government and private entities.

Shape the company’s public image, manage media relations, and enhance stakeholder engagement through effective communication strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and influencers.

Draft press releases, speeches, and other communication materials to promote initiatives and respond to inquiries.

Organize and lead communication campaigns that support community engagement and public awareness.

Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to manage potential issues and protect the company’s reputation.

Oversee the creation of various content types, including newsletters, social media posts, articles, and reports.

Conduct occasional business development activities.

Requirements:

Degree qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a similar relevant subject; a master’s degree is preferred.

At least 8-10 years of experience in public relations and communications, focusing on government and the private sector.

Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficient in digital communication tools and social media platforms.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Salary:

SAR 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
