Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security/Watchman to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our hotel premises while potentially supporting housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24/7 security monitoring of hotel premises

Conduct regular security patrols both inside and outside the hotel

Monitor and control entry and exit points

Verify and log visitor credentials

Respond promptly to security incidents or suspicious activities

Maintain security logs and incident reports

Assist with basic housekeeping duties when required

Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property

Collaborate with hotel management and local security authorities

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Previous security or watchman experience preferred

Basic understanding of safety protocols

Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is an advantage

Strong communication skills

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Physical fitness to perform security and light housekeeping duties

Valid security license or certification (if applicable)

Calm and composed under pressure

Basic computer literacy

Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
