Role Overview: Al Khoory Hotels in Dubai is currently seeking a professional and vigilant Security Supervisor to join its operations team. This position is crucial to ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property across the hotel premises.

Core Responsibilities: As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee daily security operations, monitor security staff, and respond to incidents as they arise. Your proactive approach to maintaining order and enforcing safety protocols will help foster a secure and welcoming environment for all.

Team Supervision: You will manage and lead the hotel’s security personnel, ensuring shift coverage, adherence to SOPs, and effective patrolling. You will also handle team training, discipline, and performance assessments when needed.

Crisis Management: The role demands strong judgment and quick decision-making, especially in emergency situations such as medical incidents, fire drills, or unauthorized access. You must be familiar with standard hotel emergency response protocols.

Compliance & Reporting: The Security Supervisor will be responsible for record-keeping, report writing, and ensuring all activities comply with local regulations and hotel policies. You will also liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Guest Interaction: While the primary duty is safety, the role also involves customer service — assisting guests, managing lost and found, and offering support in sensitive matters. A polite and professional demeanor is essential.
