Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Landmark Hotels in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our hotel premises, guests, staff, and assets while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality security services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the security team's daily operations

Develop and implement security protocols and procedures

Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security patrols

Manage access control systems and visitor management

Respond to and investigate security incidents and emergencies

Coordinate with local authorities when necessary

Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports

Train and mentor security staff members

Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations and hotel standards

Conduct regular security briefings and team meetings

Monitor and control parking areas and vehicle movement

Assist guests with security-related concerns while maintaining professional courtesy

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel security operations

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality security

Valid UAE security license

Strong knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong communication abilities in English (Arabic is a plus)

Computer literacy and report writing skills

Knowledge of UAE security regulations and requirements

Additional Requirements:

Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical ability to patrol premises and respond to emergencies

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Professional appearance and demeanor
