Role Overview: As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and protection of our facilities, employees, visitors, and assets. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor surveillance equipment, control access points, and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies. Your vigilance will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Security Monitoring: You will actively monitor the premises using CCTV systems, security alarms, and regular physical inspections. Any suspicious activity or unauthorized entry must be immediately reported and documented. You will also conduct security checks at gates, entrances, and restricted areas to ensure only authorized personnel are allowed entry.

Incident Response: In the event of emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches, you will act quickly and effectively in accordance with established company protocols. This includes contacting emergency services, assisting with evacuations, and preparing incident reports for management.

Compliance & Certification: This role requires holding a valid Ministry of Interior (MOI) Security Certificate in Qatar. You must be familiar with Qatar’s security regulations, health and safety standards, and operational guidelines for facility management environments. Adherence to these standards is mandatory at all times.

Professional Conduct: As the first point of contact for visitors and employees entering the facility, you are expected to present yourself in a professional manner at all times. You will provide assistance to guests, answer security-related queries, and maintain a calm, approachable demeanor while enforcing rules.

Team Coordination: You will work closely with other security staff, facility managers, and emergency response teams to ensure that security operations run smoothly. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure are essential for this role.
