Job Overview: A leading hotel group in Dubai, Smana Hotels, is currently hiring Security Officers to join its professional hospitality team. Key Responsibilities: The role involves ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property. Duties include patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, managing access control, reporting incidents, and responding to emergencies in a calm and professional manner.

Daily Operations: You will assist with guest inquiries, supervise entry points, and collaborate with front desk and management during escalations. Keeping detailed incident logs and cooperating with law enforcement when necessary is also part of the role.

Customer Service Skills: While maintaining strict security protocols, the ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, as guest interaction is frequent. A courteous and composed demeanor is essential, particularly in handling difficult or tense situations.

Emergency Response: You must be trained in basic emergency procedures, such as fire drills, evacuation protocols, and first aid. The ability to act quickly and effectively under pressure is a critical requirement for this position.

Hotel Industry Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in hotel or hospitality security. Familiarity with security systems, CCTV, and hospitality service etiquette is essential.
