Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Security Officer with experience in managing security staff in real estate companies to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a proven track record of implementing effective security measures in real estate settings.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage security operations to ensure the safety and security of the premises, residents, and assets.

Supervise security staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular patrols of the property to detect and deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any security incidents or breaches.

Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as necessary.

Conduct investigations into security incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, activities, and personnel assignments.

Assist in the development and implementation of security awareness and training programs for staff and residents.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role, with a minimum of X years of experience in handling security staff in real estate companies.

Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate security staff.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software/tools.

UAE residency and valid work permit.

Salary:
