Job Description:

SS Lootah Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to oversee and enhance our security operations. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in security management, with a strong background in developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure the safety and security of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures.

Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.

Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards.

Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs and security requirements.

Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.

Coordinate staff responses to emergencies and alarms.

Review reports on security incidents and breaches.

Investigate and resolve security issues and incidents.

Create detailed reports for management on the status of security operations.

Analyze data to form proposals for security improvements, including the implementation of new technology.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a security manager or in a similar position.

Experience using relevant technology and equipment, such as CCTV systems.

Proficient in reporting and emergency response planning.

Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Committed and reliable.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Further education in security administration (DPS license) or a similar field will be an asset.
