Ashbrittle Recruitment is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join a leading developer in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a groundbreaking project aimed at redefining urban living, and the Security Manager will play a critical role in safeguarding personnel, assets, and operations within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect all aspects of the project, including personnel, assets, and operations.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the security team, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance, training, and support to perform at their best.

Government and Community Liaison:

Work closely with government organizations and international communities to ensure compliance with local regulations and global security standards.

Risk Assessment and Management:

Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify potential threats, and develop mitigation plans to address these risks.

Security Operations Oversight:

Oversee all security operations, including incident management, emergency response, and crisis management to ensure smooth and effective handling of any security issues.

Knowledge and Best Practices:

Stay informed about the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the highest standards of security.

Reporting:

Prepare and present security reports to senior management, outlining key findings, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements:

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of service in the police, security, or military sectors.

At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a client-facing position.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or liaising with government organizations and international communities.

Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in word processing, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications:

Preferred certification in an internationally recognized security qualification, such as ASIS, CPP.

Nationality:

Saudi Nationals preferred; expatriates with valid residency will be considered.

What We Offer:

Salary: SAR 18,000 to 25,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
