Job Summary:

As the Section In-Charge for Roastery at Abu Dhabi Coop, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of the Roastery section. Your role involves ensuring the highest standards of product quality, driving sales growth, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong background in retail operations, particularly in managing inventory, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and maintaining supplier relationships across different sections.

Key Responsibilities:

Fruits & Vegetables:

Supervise inventory levels and maintain quality standards.

Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales.

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with suppliers.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for performance enhancement.

Collaborate with store teams to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.

Butchery:

Manage inventory and uphold meat product quality.

Implement merchandising tactics to boost sales.

Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability.

Analyze sales figures to formulate strategies for improvement.

Ensure operational efficiency within the butchery section.

Fishery:

Oversee seafood inventory and ensure quality control.

Deploy effective merchandising approaches to drive sales.

Maintain supplier relationships to ensure product freshness and availability.

Evaluate sales data to optimize performance.

Work closely with store teams to maintain operational efficiency.

Bakery:

Supervise bakery product inventory and uphold quality standards.

Develop merchandising plans to enhance product visibility and sales.

Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely product delivery.

Analyze sales data to devise strategies for sales improvement.

Maintain operational efficiency within the bakery section.

Roastery:

Monitor inventory levels and maintain quality of roasted products.

Implement merchandising strategies to promote roasted products effectively.

Manage supplier relationships to ensure product availability and quality.

Analyze sales data and develop action plans for performance enhancement.

Collaborate with store teams to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the retail industry, with specific expertise in managing the Roastery or similar sections.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members and suppliers.

Proficiency in quality standards and inventory management practices relevant to the retail sector.
