Duties & Responsibilities:

As Section In-Charge of the Bakery section, you will manage and optimize the operations of the bakery department, ensuring the highest quality of products, driving sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Bakery:

Oversee bakery product inventory levels and quality control.

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies for bakery products.

Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and supply.

Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve bakery performance.

Ensure operational efficiency within the bakery section.

Collaborate with store teams to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery section.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 7-10 years in the retail industry, with experience in the bakery section.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of quality standards and inventory management for bakery products.
