As Section In-Charge, you will manage and optimize the operations of your assigned section, ensuring the highest quality of products, driving sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Fruits & Vegetables:

Oversee inventory levels and quality control.

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance.

Collaborate with store teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Butchery:

Manage meat product inventory and quality.

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.

Maintain supplier relationships.

Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance.

Ensure operational efficiency within the butchery section.

Fishery:

Oversee seafood inventory levels and quality control.

Implement effective merchandising strategies.

Manage supplier relationships.

Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance.

Collaborate with store teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Bakery:

Manage bakery product inventory and quality.

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.

Maintain supplier relationships.

Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance.

Ensure operational efficiency within the bakery section.

Roastery:

Oversee inventory levels and quality control of roasted products.

Implement effective merchandising strategies.

Manage supplier relationships.

Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance.

Collaborate with store teams to ensure operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 7-10 years in the retail industry, with experience in the relevant section.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of quality standards and inventory management for the respective section.
