Secretary to Company Owner

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary to provide direct support to the owner of our small-sized company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth communication flow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

Process financial documentation using Tally software

Prepare and edit business documents, reports, and presentations

Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required

Manage office supplies and maintain inventory

Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion

Provide general administrative support as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field

2-3 years of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role

Proven experience with calendar management and email correspondence

Proficiency in Tally software

Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Stable work history with verifiable references

Job Requirements

Must be eligible to work in UAE

Ability to work full-time in Business Bay, Dubai

Flexibility to accommodate occasional additional hours if required
