Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and efficient Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks and correspondence
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar management
Organize travel arrangements and logistics for management team
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper document organization
Take and distribute meeting minutes when required
Coordinate between different departments to facilitate smooth communication
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist in planning and organizing company events
Greet visitors and provide appropriate assistance
Support general office operations and administrative functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar secretarial role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in calendar management and scheduling
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Arabic language
Experience working in Kuwait or GCC countries
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Previous experience in multinational corporate environment
