Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Property Consultants to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai, specializing in secondary market properties and off-plan developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong client portfolio while providing exceptional service in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and nurture leads for secondary market properties and off-plan developments

Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential clients

Provide detailed market analysis and property valuations

Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and developers

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all transactions

Research market trends and stay updated on new project launches

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and property owners

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives

Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships effectively

Required Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or related field

Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Dubai real estate market

Previous experience in UAE real estate

Additional language skills (Arabic preferred)

RERA certification

Proven track record in property sales
