Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and innovative Script & Automation Designer to join our Product, Research & Design department at Ducon Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing automation solutions that streamline internal operations and support technical workflows across departments.

Core Responsibilities: Your main responsibility will be writing scripts to automate manual tasks and improve system efficiency. This includes designing, testing, and maintaining automation solutions tailored to specific department needs—especially in production, logistics, and documentation.

Technical Development: You’ll build automation pipelines using scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell. Knowledge of APIs and integration with third-party tools will be essential for connecting systems and creating end-to-end automated workflows.

Process Optimization: The role will involve identifying inefficiencies within existing operational procedures and proposing innovative automation strategies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and implement technical enhancements.

Data Management: You’ll play a key role in improving data collection, analysis, and reporting by building automation tools that ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency across datasets.

Collaboration & Support: Working closely with the IT and Design departments, you’ll provide user-friendly tools and offer documentation and training to support adoption of automation tools across the organization.
