About the Role:

AIQU is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAR Compliance Officer to join one of our esteemed clients in Dubai. This is a contract role with the potential for extension, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading compliance team. As a SAR Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, conducting transaction monitoring, and preparing Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs). Key Responsibilities:

Perform AML and transaction monitoring to identify suspicious activities.

Prepare and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Conduct KYC, sanctions screening, and name screening processes.

Provide insights and recommendations on financial crime compliance matters.

Analyze data to identify potential compliance issues and trends.

Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Maintain accurate records and prepare management information system (MIS) reports.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in banking or exchange house operations within the UAE market, with expertise in goAML.

Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (minimum requirement).

CAMS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
