Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Architecture & Design:

Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Develop comprehensive technical designs, including data models, integration strategies, and custom development solutions.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and optimization techniques.

Salesforce Implementation:

Oversee the implementation and configuration of Salesforce platform components, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.

Innovation & Continuous Learning:

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, leveraging new functionalities to drive innovation and efficiency.

Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

8+ years of experience in delivering Salesforce solutions.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce solutions.

Certifications:

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.

Strong understanding of integration patterns and experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.).

Experience with DevOps processes and tools like JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo, etc.

Additional Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Experience with data migration and data management strategies in Salesforce.

Expert understanding of Design Patterns and Architectural Styles.

Integration experience with platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
