Duties & Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Lead and participate in meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes.

Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultation on Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).

Customization & Implementation: Design and implement customized solutions within Salesforce, emphasizing Field Service Lightning functionality.

Application Development: Customize/build Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and Integrations.

Scheduling & Optimization: Expertise in FSL or Salesforce Field Service (SFS) scheduling and optimization configuration, including out-of-box capabilities, scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.

Architecture & Lifecycle Management: Expertise in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) architecture, work order and service appointment lifecycle, bulk scheduling, dispatch, and unscheduled/reschedule processes.

Mobile App Capabilities: Expertise in Field Service Mobile app capabilities, including offline architecture and integration with Salesforce Mobile app and third-party mobile applications.

Resource Management: Expertise in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) resource management, including contractors, timesheets, operating hours, shifts, territory setup, and inventory management (return, request & track).

Preventive Maintenance: Expertise in preventive maintenance setup and configuration of Dispatcher Gantt chart.

Advisory Support: Provide guidance and advisory support to the project team on implementation approach and complex configuration issues. Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to clients post-implementation.

Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Candidate Profile:

Availability: Must be currently available in the UAE.

Expertise: Proficiency in Field Service Lightning (FSL) is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience.
