Role Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in UAE (FMCG, service industry, or Fintech)

Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a sales team

Drive team performance and achieve sales targets

Develop and implement sales strategies

Monitor and report on sales metrics

Provide coaching and mentoring to team members

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Track record of successful sales team management

Knowledge of UAE market preferred
