Position Overview

We are currently seeking proactive and detail-oriented Sales Team Assistants to support our expanding sales operations at The Heart of Europe. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Team Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your tasks will include managing schedules, preparing sales documentation, coordinating meetings, handling internal communications, and updating tracking tools or CRM systems. You will serve as a critical link between the sales team and other departments, helping drive performance and process efficiency.

Administrative & Operational Support

Your core duties will involve data entry, lead tracking, and maintaining reports using Excel and other sales tools. You will also be tasked with preparing presentations, processing sales forms, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date. The role demands exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Team Collaboration & Communication

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you’ll be coordinating closely with both internal teams and external clients. Your ability to anticipate team needs, provide timely support, and maintain a calm, solution-oriented attitude will be essential to the success of the broader sales function.

Required Experience & Skills

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, specifically in supporting sales teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and reports independently. Prior experience in real estate or hospitality sales support will be considered an added advantage.
