Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Support position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining sales documentation while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the company's database

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services

Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and other sales-related documentation

Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses

Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer relationship management

Monitor and track sales performance metrics

Assist in organizing sales meetings and customer presentations

Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales databases

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of proven sales support experience (UAE or home country)

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer service-oriented mindset

Experience with CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in UAE market

Knowledge of Arabic (added advantage)

Experience in relevant industry

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
