Job Description
Role Overview – Ektifa is hiring a Sales Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals with strong supervisory expertise, retail and sales operations knowledge, and the ability to lead sales teams effectively, manage sales performance, achieve targets, develop talent, ensure compliance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic retail organization.
Sales Team Leadership – You will lead sales team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative sales culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.
Sales Performance Management – You will manage sales performance by monitoring metrics, analyzing results, identifying issues, and supporting improvement. You will track team achievement and drive continuous improvement. You should monitor performance systematically.
Sales Target Setting and Monitoring – You will set sales targets by establishing goals, creating action plans, monitoring progress, and supporting achievement. You will ensure targets are ambitious yet achievable and track performance. You should manage target setting and monitoring.
Individual Performance Coaching – You will coach sales team members by providing feedback, suggesting improvements, supporting development, and building skills. You will help team achieve potential and improve performance. You should provide effective coaching and development.
Sales Strategy Development – You will develop sales strategies by analyzing market, identifying opportunities, creating plans, and implementing initiatives. You will align sales efforts with business objectives and drive growth. You should develop sales strategy.
Sales Operations Oversight – You will oversee sales operations by managing processes, ensuring efficiency, maintaining systems, and supporting continuity. You will maintain smooth sales functioning and support team productivity. You should manage sales operations.
Sales Recruitment and Hiring – You will support recruitment by identifying needs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations. You will help build capable sales team. You should contribute to hiring process.
Sales Staff Training and Development – You will train team by conducting sessions, developing skills, supporting learning, and building expertise. You will enhance team capability and performance. You should provide effective training.
