Job Overview: Gulfa is seeking motivated and energetic Sales Supervisors to lead its retail and wholesale distribution channels in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven background in FMCG sales, distribution, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee sales representatives, develop sales strategies, and ensure monthly targets are met. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to expand Gulfa’s presence.
Market Development: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring brand visibility across multiple sales channels.
Performance Monitoring: Supervisors will track team performance, prepare reports, and provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to enhance productivity and customer service.
Client Relationship: Maintaining and growing relationships with supermarkets, convenience stores, and wholesale partners will be a key part of this role.
Work Environment: The role is based in Dubai, involving frequent travel within the city to visit clients and ensure strong market coverage. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
