Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor with extensive expertise in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The ideal candidate will bring a robust 7-10 years of professional experience to lead and optimize our sales operations in the Northern Emirates region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Northern Emirates market

Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and performance coaching

Set and monitor sales targets, tracking team performance and ensuring achievement of organizational goals

Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers

Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for senior management

Ensure effective product placement and visibility in retail outlets

Coordinate marketing activities and promotional campaigns

Manage inventory levels and sales forecasting

Resolve customer and distributor concerns promptly and professionally

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

Minimum 7-10 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis

Advanced knowledge of FMCG market dynamics in the UAE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Proficient in MS Office and sales management software

Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in the FMCG sector

Knowledge of local retail markets in Northern Emirates

Experience with digital sales tools and CRM systems

Additional certifications in sales management or marketing
