Position Overview

As a Sales Supervisor at Chalhoub Group, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing stock, and leading a team of front-line sales associates. This role demands a proactive approach to customer relationships, ensuring that sales targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also support the implementation of in-store events and maintain strong supplier and retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized service.

Sales Management: Achieve sales targets and manage receivables, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Team Leadership: Build, train, and supervise a team of sales associates, encouraging them to meet sales objectives.

Stock Management: Ensure appropriate stock levels through regular replenishment and inventory management.

Supplier/Retailer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retailers, addressing their needs and queries effectively.

Market Monitoring: Keep abreast of market conditions, competitor activities, and product innovations.

Event Support: Assist in planning and executing in-store marketing events and promotions.

Merchandising: Ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines and oversee the visual presentation of products in the store.

Requirements

Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey information clearly and collaborate in a multinational environment.

Experience: Background in beauty retail and area-level sales management.

Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Merchandising Knowledge: Strong understanding of merchandising principles and practices.

Language Proficiency: Professional level of Arabic language skills is essential.
