Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Specialist with a passion for luxury furniture to create exceptional shopping experiences for our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will combine product expertise with outstanding customer service skills to drive sales and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized shopping experiences for clients
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury furniture collections, materials, and design styles
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting unique features and benefits
Maintain showroom appearance and merchandise display according to brand standards
Process sales transactions accurately and maintain detailed customer records
Handle customer inquiries about products, pricing, and delivery
Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications
Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in furniture or home appliances
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics
Experience with CRM systems and POS software
Available for immediate joining
