Job Overview: The Sales Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing and processing all travel and accommodation reservations efficiently. You will serve as the point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries and offering seamless booking experiences that align with company standards.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage incoming booking requests, handle emails and calls, confirm reservations, and coordinate with travel and hotel partners to ensure smooth service delivery. You will maintain organized booking records, process modifications or cancellations, and ensure timely updates across all platforms. Accuracy and a customer-first approach are key to succeeding in this position.
Customer Service Excellence: Delivering an exceptional guest experience will be your top priority. You will assist customers by understanding their travel needs, recommending suitable options, and providing personalized support. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, handle complaints professionally, and resolve issues quickly will help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication and Coordination: You will collaborate closely with internal departments, hotels, and external partners to ensure all reservations and services run smoothly.
