Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our telecommunications division in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct field sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential customers
Present and demonstrate telecommunications products and services to prospects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Generate detailed sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
Identify market trends and gather competitive intelligence
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in outdoor sales, specifically in the telecommunications industry (Etisalat & Du)
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Qatar
Knowledge of the Qatar telecommunications market
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
