Job Description / Role

Fleet Management Systems and Technologies (FMS Tech.) is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT solutions, a strong understanding of the products, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

Engage in direct sales activities, focusing on IT solutions and new technologies with a solution-centric approach.

Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to meet each client's specific needs.

Achieve sales quotas by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Client Engagement:

Attend industry events to network and identify potential sales opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of FMS Tech.'s products and solutions.

Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to better serve clients.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to meet company objectives.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and client feedback.

Requirements:

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in IT/Electronic sales, preferably in the UAE.

Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.

Prior experience in selling IT solutions is preferred.

Skills:

Strong technical and presentation skills.

Proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing/Management Information Systems) or Arts.

Valid UAE driving license.

Transferable UAE residency.

Other Requirements:

Male, Indian or any nationality.

Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Arabic speaking preferred.
