Client Interaction & Relationship Building: You will act as the face of our company by nurturing long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include regular client visits, meetings, and communication to better understand their needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Sales Strategy & Execution: You will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities and implementing effective strategies to achieve targets. This includes cold calling, lead generation, and presenting service/product offerings tailored to client requirements.

Market Research & Development: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry updates to inform strategy and support the development of competitive offerings. Your insights will help position Ducon Industries ahead of market demands.

Communication & Reporting: Prepare and deliver timely sales reports, feedback from clients, and presentations to management. Clear, concise reporting will support decision-making and enhance team collaboration.

Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Your coordination will help align efforts and guarantee a superior client experience from start to finish.
