Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Promoters to join our team and promote our food product line across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food products and have strong interpersonal skills to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell food products to retail outlets and customers

Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities

Build and maintain relationships with retail store managers and staff

Meet sales targets and objectives

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising

Collect and report market feedback

Handle customer inquiries and provide product information

Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports

Travel to different locations across UAE as required

Required Qualifications

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Previous experience in FMCG/food product sales preferred

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Basic computer literacy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical stamina for standing long hours and handling products

Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays when required

Desired Skills

Experience in retail sales or merchandising

Knowledge of UAE retail market

Understanding of food product handling and storage

Basic mathematical skills for inventory and sales reporting

Strong organizational abilities

Customer service orientation

Additional Requirements

Ability to travel across UAE

Willingness to work flexible hours

Valid UAE residency preferred
