Role Overview – HONOR is urgently hiring Sales Promoters for HONOR Experience stores located in the UAE. This position is open to both male and female candidates of any nationality who have minimum 1 year of experience working in Exclusive or Experience stores. This role is ideal for retail sales professionals who are passionate about technology products and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail environment.

Product Promotion and Sales – You will promote HONOR products and drive sales in the HONOR Experience store by engaging customers, demonstrating product features, explaining benefits, and converting store visitors into satisfied customers. Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets, upselling and cross-selling products, processing transactions, and ensuring every customer receives personalized attention that enhances their shopping experience.

Customer Engagement – You will engage with customers professionally and enthusiastically, understanding their needs, answering questions, providing product recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration and purchase. Your customer interactions should be informative, helpful, and focused on solving customer problems through HONOR's product offerings.

Product Knowledge – You will develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HONOR products including smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories. Deep product knowledge enables you to explain technical specifications, highlight unique features, compare products effectively, and position HONOR products competitively against other brands.

Store Presentation – You will maintain excellent store presentation by ensuring products are displayed attractively, merchandising is organized, promotional materials are current, and the store environment reflects HONOR's premium brand image and creates an inviting shopping experience.

Sales Reporting – You will track sales performance, report on daily sales activities, maintain customer records, and provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market trends that can inform inventory and marketing decisions.

Experience Requirement – Minimum 1 year of experience working in Exclusive or Experience stores is mandatory. You must have hands-on retail experience in premium brand stores that focus on creating immersive customer experiences rather than traditional retail environments. This position is not open to outdoor roaming (OR) or independent roaming (IR) mobile promoters.

English Fluency – You must speak English fluently with clear communication skills. English proficiency is essential for engaging with diverse customers, explaining technical product information, and representing the HONOR brand professionally in the UAE's multicultural market.

Sales Skills – Strong sales and persuasion skills are required to achieve targets, overcome objections, close sales effectively, and maximize revenue per customer. You should be results-oriented, motivated by sales goals, and skilled at converting customer interest into purchases.

Customer Service Orientation – A customer-centric approach is essential. You must be friendly, patient, attentive to customer needs, professional in handling complaints or concerns, and committed to creating positive experiences that build brand loyalty.

Product Enthusiasm – Genuine enthusiasm for technology and HONOR products helps you connect with customers authentically. You should be excited about demonstrating features, staying updated on product launches, and conveying your passion for the brand to customers.
