Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Mercedes Benz Sales Professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Mercedes Benz vehicles to a diverse clientele, offering superior customer service, and driving brand loyalty. This is an immediate requirement, and the successful candidate must have prior sales experience and certification from Mercedes Benz.


Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Mercedes Benz vehicles to new and existing customers.

Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering a high standard of customer service.

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Stay up to date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of all Mercedes Benz models.

Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and follow-up communications to convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Prepare and process necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Maintain an organized and professional workspace, including managing vehicle inventory and showroom presentations.

Requirements:

Certified by Mercedes Benz with official training certification.

1-2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in luxury vehicles.

Strong knowledge of Mercedes Benz vehicles, features, and competitive advantages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-end clientele.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals efficiently.

A passion for automobiles and customer service.

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
