About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Officer to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations with focus on sales support and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

Process transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain systematic data entry and documentation

Monitor and track sales performance metrics

Sales Support

Review and validate sales applications for accuracy and completeness

Ensure all applications meet quality standards and compliance requirements

Provide support to the sales team for application processing

Coordinate with various departments to resolve application-related issues

Quality Control

Conduct thorough quality checks on all processed applications

Verify data accuracy and completeness

Identify and rectify discrepancies

Maintain quality control logs and reports

Customer Service

Handle customer inquiries professionally

Resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Provide support to internal and external stakeholders

Maintain excellent communication with all parties

Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Monitor transactions for suspicious activities

Maintain compliance with UAE banking regulations

Stay updated with regulatory changes and requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

2-3 years of proven UAE banking operations experience

Strong understanding of banking processes and procedures

Excellence in data analysis and problem-solving

Proficiency in banking software and MS Office Suite

Excellent organizational abilities

Professional communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Understanding of banking compliance requirements

Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
