Multilingual Advantage:

Fluency in English plus Russian, Hindi, or Arabic is essential for this role. Your language skills will facilitate clear communication across diverse clientele and international team members in Dubai's cosmopolitan real estate market.

Process Optimization:

You will implement best practices for sales documentation, contract processing, and post-sale follow-ups. The position requires developing efficient systems to track sales pipelines and conversion metrics for management reporting.

Candidate Profile:

We seek professionals with 3+ years of real estate operations experience. Your background should demonstrate success in improving sales processes, whether in property development, brokerage, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Experience with ATS-compliant documentation and real estate analytics tools will position you for success in this data-driven role.
