Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operation Officer to join our client's team in the UAE financial sector, with a focus on efficient and accurate processing of sales-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and validate sales applications for financial products

Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records

Coordinate between sales teams and other departments

Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Handle customer inquiries and support sales processes

Perform data entry and maintain comprehensive databases

Support sales team in achieving monthly targets

Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analytics

Manage application workflow and track processing timelines

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in:

UAE Banking

Financial Institutions

Exchange Companies

Strong experience in application handling, validation, and processing

Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic speakers strongly preferred)

Excellent computer and data management skills

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in financial services sales operations

Familiarity with UAE financial regulations

Experience with sales tracking and reporting tools
