Duties & Responsibilities:

UNICORN HRD is seeking multiple Sales Officers for personal loans to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in banking sales within the UAE and will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products. Successful candidates will need to have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients to promote personal loan products.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through various channels.

Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan products.

Ensure all sales activities are compliant with banking regulations and company policies.

Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall business objectives.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.

Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to optimize sales processes and client experiences.

Candidate Profile:

Preferred Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in banking sales, specifically in personal loans within the UAE.

Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Must be available in the UAE for in-person interviews.
