Job Description

Role Overview – J Web Dev & Design is looking for a Sales & Marketing Partner for our AI Agency specializing in web production with AI-based technology for building high-quality websites. This 100% remote partnership opportunity is ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals who can lead generation and close deals globally while earning high commission/revenue share from each deal with no cap on earnings.

Lead Generation – You will generate qualified leads globally for our AI-based web production services by identifying potential clients, researching target markets, conducting outreach campaigns, leveraging your professional network, and building a robust pipeline of prospects interested in high-quality website development using AI technology.

Sales and Deal Closing – You will close deals by presenting our AI-based web production solutions effectively, demonstrating our proven portfolio, articulating value propositions, addressing client concerns, negotiating terms, and converting prospects into clients who benefit from our innovative website building technology.

Global Market Development – You will develop markets globally by identifying opportunities across different regions, understanding local business needs, adapting sales approaches to cultural contexts, and expanding our client base internationally while working remotely from anywhere.

Client Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Effective relationship management leads to repeat business, referrals, long-term partnerships, and contributes to sustainable revenue growth for both you and the agency.

Product Positioning – You will position our AI-based technology for building high-quality websites competitively in the market by understanding unique selling points, differentiating from competitors, communicating technical advantages in business terms, and showcasing our proven portfolio to demonstrate capabilities.

B2B Sales Experience – Experience in B2B sales is required. You must have a proven track record of selling to businesses, understanding complex sales cycles, engaging with decision-makers, managing enterprise deals, and consistently achieving sales targets in competitive markets.

Russian Language Proficiency – Fluent Russian is required for internal communication with our team. You must be able to communicate effectively in Russian for team collaboration, reporting, strategy discussions, and coordination while conducting sales activities globally in other languages as needed.

Sales Skills – Strong sales skills including prospecting, lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing are essential. You should be persuasive, confident, persistent, able to overcome objections, and skilled at guiding prospects through the buying journey to successful deal closure.

Self-Motivation and Independence – High self-motivation and ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment are crucial. You should be entrepreneurial, self-directed, disciplined in managing your sales activities, and driven to maximize earnings through your own efforts without constant supervision.

Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills in English and other languages (in addition to Russian) are important for engaging with global clients, presenting solutions effectively, building rapport across cultures, and representing J Web Dev & Design professionally in international markets.
